The Monastery of Pedralbes (Latin: Petras Albas meaning white stones) was founded in 1327. Until today it became a dwelling for the nuns of the Franciscan order. The church and the cloister are great examples of Catalan Gothic architecture. One of the highlights of this sight are the fourteenth-century stained glass windows of the presbyters. Also the sepulchre of Queen Elisenda and the infirmary is worth seeing.
